Affrimations Bring Clarity

Spring, Spring, Spring! My favorite season! It represents;  renewal birth/life growth and purity. We should focus on renewing our minds then let the rest of our body follow. For me I noticed lately when I wake up all of my worries, regrets,everything I lack comes to the forefront of my thoughts, sound familiar? It’s categorized as general anxiety. There are many reasons this happens the most common ones are;1.Cortisol also known as the stress hormone it also relates to metabolism  and our levels are highest in the morning. So not only do you deal with the day-to-day stress but you also have to be aware of your hormones. 2. Low blood sugar levels which puts your body into the fight or flight stage 3. Diet what you eat and drink effects your behavior as well as your subconscious. But as I always say you can’t have a problem with out a solution. I have found the best way to quiet the doubt is affirmations. affirmation

affirmations demonstrates and strengthens the power of the mind. Practicing changes your outlook and allows you to enjoy every aspect of your life. It takes us from our negative doubtful self and resets our brain to reach our highest positive self. Once we tap into our higher self we can achieve anything. I personally say things out loud to rewire my thoughts it works best when you hear yourself. For example, I have a problem with procrastination so I make sure to say “everything I plan to do today will get done”.  And to make sure I know what that will be i write it all down the night before.  Affirmations can be used for anything like weight loss, stress, creativity, or just to be a better person. As long as you truly believe what you are saying to your subconscious mind. Since the subconscious mind seeks proof your affirmations should trigger deep emotions so I recommend personalizing them. To assure your specific needs and changes you want to make.
